1. Terms of Use

Welcome to Wajed. By accessing or using the Wajed mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Wajed is an on-demand emergency services platform connecting customers in Moroccan cities with qualified technicians for plumbing, electrical, locksmith, HVAC, and other home-repair needs.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

Wajed provides a technology platform that connects customers who need emergency home-repair and maintenance services with independent technicians who offer those services. Wajed operates primarily in Moroccan cities including but not limited to Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, and Fès.

Wajed does not itself provide repair or maintenance services. All services are performed by independent technicians who have registered on the platform. Wajed acts solely as an intermediary facilitating the connection between customers and technicians.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Wajed platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Treat technicians and other users with respect and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate location information for service requests.
  • Be present at the service location during the scheduled appointment.
  • Pay for services as agreed upon through the platform.

You must not misuse the platform, submit false requests, or engage in any activity that could harm other users or the integrity of the service.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is facilitated through the Wajed platform. Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include the base fee and hourly rate as set by each technician.

Available payment methods may include cash on completion and digital payment options. Wajed may charge a service fee for facilitating the connection between customers and technicians.

Cancellation fees may apply if a service request is cancelled after a technician has been dispatched. The specific cancellation policy is communicated during the booking process.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law, Wajed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Wajed does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by technicians. While we verify technician credentials, the responsibility for the quality of work lies with the individual technician.

Wajed's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
